Established in 1998, Karamtara Engineering is one of India’s leading steel fabricators focused on the energy transition sector. It ranks amongst India’s top three players for both solar modules mounting structures, and transmission line towers. The company is now expanding into the tubular tower segment for wind turbines.

Karamtara Engineering is also India’s largest exporter of solar products, with exports accounting for over 50% of revenue in FY24.

From FY22 to FY25, it achieved a 40% CAGR in revenue and 120% CAGR in PAT and is now doubling its manufacturing capacity to sustain similar profit growth over the next four years. The company has consistently delivered a return on capital employed (ROCE) of over 20% alongside strong growth.
