More Retail is among the top three Indian grocery retail businesses which operate both supermarkets and hypermarkets. It also has its own digital app for online customer deliveries and is significantly scaling up its online presence and deliveries.

More Retail was an Aditya Birla group company which was jointly acquired by Samara, a PE fund and Amazon in September 2018. The company has witnessed a significant operational and management overhaul done post the acquisition.
